What’s Eligible for Return
All returned products must be in new/unused condition. Returned items must be unworn, unwashed, free of odors (including deodorant, smoke, or perfume), makeup, pet hair, and damage, with all original tags and packaging intact. Items showing signs of wear will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer at their expense.

How to Start a Return
Email us with your order number in the subject line within 14 days of the delivery date provided by the courier, and we’ll send you return shipping instructions.

Timing & Shipping Costs
After the 14-day period has passed, we cannot offer a refund or store credit. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, and original shipping fees are non-refundable. International customers are responsible for all duties, taxes, and customs fees—these charges are non-refundable.

Faulty vs. Not Faulty
If we deem a product faulty, we will reimburse the original product cost and original shipping costs after inspection.A product is considered faulty only if it has a manufacturing defect (for example: broken zipper or seam failure). Issues related to fit, preference, or normal wear are not considered faults.

Sending Your Return
Hoohah is not responsible for lost, delayed, or undelivered return shipments. Returned items must be securely packaged; damage incurred during return shipping may result in refusal of the return. We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service to ensure your item makes it back safely.

Refunds & Processing
Approved returns will be issued as a refund to the original payment method or as store credit, at Hoohah’s discretion. Please allow up to 5 business days for return processing once your item is received and approved.

Final Sale & Exchanges
All sale items, discounted items, and promotional purchases are final sale and not eligible for refunds or store credit unless deemed faulty. Customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with exchanges, including return and reshipment shipping. Exchanges are subject to product availability and limited to one exchange per order.
