We’re a small team and every order truly means a lot to us. If something isn’t quite right, we always appreciate hearing why — your feedback helps us improve future designs.
If you’re unsure about sizing or fit, feel free to reach out before starting a return. We’re always happy to help troubleshoot and sometimes a quick fix (layering tips, styling ideas, or sizing guidance) can save you the hassle of sending something back.
Starting a Return
Returns and exchanges can be requested through your customer account within 14 days of the delivery date provided by the courier.
Once your request is submitted through the return portal, you’ll receive instructions on how to send the item back.
Return Eligibility
Returned items must be:
- Unworn
- Unwashed
- Free of odors (including deodorant, smoke, or perfume)
- Free of makeup, pet hair, or damage
- Returned with all original tags attached
Items showing signs of wear will not be accepted and may be returned to the customer at their expense.
Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable and will be deducted from your refund, even if your order qualified for complimentary or promotional free shipping.
For exchanges, customers are responsible only for the cost of shipping the item back to us. Once we receive and approve the return, we’ll cover the cost of shipping the replacement item to you.
We recommend using a tracked shipping method, as Hoohah is not responsible for lost or undelivered return shipments.
Refunds & Processing
Once we receive and inspect your return, approved refunds or store credit will be issued to the original payment method or as store credit at Hoohah’s discretion.
Please allow up to 5 business days for return processing after the item arrives.
Faulty Items
If you believe your item is faulty, please contact us before initiating a return. To help us resolve the issue quickly, we may ask for photos of the item before approving a faulty return.
A product is considered faulty only if it has a manufacturing defect (for example: a broken zipper or seam failure). Issues related to fit, preference, or normal wear are not considered faults. Minor variations in color, stitching, or fabric texture are not considered manufacturing defects.
If an item is deemed faulty after inspection, we will repair the item or send a replacement, depending on the nature of the issue and product availability.
If a repair or replacement is not possible, we will provide an appropriate resolution.
Sale Items
All sale items, discounted items, and promotional purchases are final sale and not eligible for refunds or store credit unless deemed faulty. These items may only be eligible for an exchange within 14 days of delivery.
Our Call
Hoohah reserves the right to refuse a refund if these terms are not met within 14 days of the delivery date provided by the courier.
